The brace fit well but it took awhile for her to put her foot down to use it. But after about 8 days she tried it and did just fine.

Our older dog Luther tore his CCL . He’s been wearing the brace for a while now ~ we put it on him as a help at this point . He’s 12 years old . This brace absolutely gave him years to his life . As a Nurse for humans , I knew he would not bode well in a surgical situation at his advanced age and inability to lay still . Husky wanderer .This is our boy ~ still wandering . Highly , highly recommended !! The company service , fitting, and repair service are second to none . From a medical standpoint ~ it worked . Luther can run with or without his brace on . He absolutely loves it . At first he’d go to bite us ~ now he stands still and waiting for us to put it on. Thank you for giving us more time with our handsome boy. His nickname is best worst dog ever 😂🤣. We love him ❤️

The Expedited Shipping worked out great for us, as it was promptly delivered to us so we could apply the brace to Daisy Mae. She already had a brace for her back left leg and much needed this one as she completely tore her ACL on her back right leg. The braces have really helped her to be able to take her long walks again. I ordered a pair of custom braces for my 11 years old dog. She has two torn ligaments in her back legs and a heart murmur. Surgery is out of the question with her age and condition. AOC was the next best option. They helped me every step of the way, answered all my questions, and provided fast assembly and shipping for the braces. Animal Ortho Care is amazing. I had ordered a custom brace from another company earlier that hurt my dog’s leg. I was hesitant to try again (and spend the money) but I am doing conservative management on my active german shepherd’s CCL injury and he really needs one. I was nervous about the casting process so I used one of their affiliates to help me cast. I’m glad I did. The company is quick to answer my questions seems to truly care that the brace fits perfectly and that my dog is comfortable. My 100 lb shepherd took to the brace easily. Even though he is still lame on his leg he is gaining muscle mass since using the brace. After he gained muscle mass, the company is helping me determine if the brace needs some adjustments. The other company was nice but did not take my concerns seriously when I mentioned my dog’s pain from wearing the brace. Which was extremely disappointing. You and your dog are in good hands with Animal Ortho Care. My dog is not a candidate for surgery because of an infection he had in the other leg during the other leg’s TPLO. I’m truly impressed with animal ortho care! I also want to say that the brace is way superior than the equally expensive brace I had from the other company. This brace is lighter, more comfortable, and supports the dog’s normal range of motion better. If you have decided on doing conservative management on your dog’s CCL and you’re trying to decide if you should get a brace and from which company, definitely choose this company. You and your dog will be glad. It’s a plus that my German Shepherd gets to sport baby sharks on his brace!

Frankie has been having problems with his back legs for awhile. He recently got his diagnosed with cancer but he’s still such a super active guy! The wheels are adjustable depending on the support he needs for that day and once he’s in it his tail I wagging! Comes with a bag for easy storage or if you want to take a road trip to the park!
