Astrid’s brace had taken a beating after a year of pretty constant use. I sent it back to AOC to get new padding and it came back looking like new! If your brace is looking rough I highly recommend getting it refurbished, it’s definitely more comfortable now!

OAC Pet has been able to help my double-amputee German Shepherd have a functional life! Great job of replace old straps and adjusting fit

The quality of the product is great. I had to send the original brace back to get it refurbished after a year of intense wear&tear by my dog and they did a great job. Its even more comfortable for my dog to wear it now than when I initially bought the brace.

The brace works well and the new pads are nice.
I would give it a 4.7 due to one small issue of a screw coming undone several times but I emailed them and they are going to send a new piece. Good customer service so 4plus

My pup has permanent nerves damage to her limb and needs her brace during ever waking hour, therefore it gets quite a bit of wear and tear. AOC refurbished it and further customized it better than it was originally. An excellent investment if my pups quality of life!
